Cut threads: Cut material fibers, grain fracture, poor fatigue resistance. Rolled threads: Cold work hardening + continuous fibers, grains distributed along thread flow lines, tensile/shear/fatigue resistance increased by 30%–100%, especially suitable for high-strength standard fasteners.
